All 8 Co-owners will split expenses. There will be extra put up for maintenance fund. Ember handles everything. With this many people, it will be less money. You will have the house to yourself.
Buying, Transferring, or Selling
In as little as seven days, your financing can go through. You put down the deposit. Finance and sign LLC documents. Easy as that.
You have many options if you want to move or need more space.
Do you want more weeks? Just buy another 1/8 if it is available.
I decided I wanted to move to another state. Then, if it is under your twelve months, you would have to pay that off. Then you could sell your part off. You get the price after twelve months.
